We currently list SDA homes in four locations across WA: Karnup (Mandurah), the South West (Dalyellup and Treendale near Bunbury), Midvale (Perth Hills foothills) and Beckenham (south of the river in Perth). We continue to build new properties — call us if you’re looking in a specific area.
Across our current properties we cover High Physical Support (Karnup, South West, Beckenham) and Fully Accessible (Midvale). Many of our homes also include Onsite Overnight Assistance for residents who need round-the-clock support.
Yes. Most of our SDA properties offer virtual tours so you can walk through the home from anywhere — including using VR headsets where available. We can also arrange in-person inspections with you, your family, your support coordinator, or your occupational therapist.
Vacancy status changes regularly. The best way to confirm current availability is to call 1300 28 28 18 or send us a message — we’ll let you know which homes have rooms available, expected timelines, and whether the design category suits the participant’s needs.
Once you’ve identified a suitable home, the process involves confirming SDA funding in your NDIS plan, arranging an inspection (in person or virtual), and signing a service or residential tenancy agreement. We work with your support coordinator throughout. If you don’t yet have SDA funding, we can help you understand the eligibility and application process.
